A THIRD PLACE PRIZE

Exciting news yesterday. I won third place in the “This Blog Blows My Dress Up” contest! Apparently the judge was tickled by the story of Mike’s kitty-litter-kidney-stone. It’s quite an honor to have earned this because writing is neither my occupation nor a hobby of mine!
Besides the knowledge of winning third place, my other prize is I get to display this button on my blog:
I showed it to Mike and he said “Uh….no.” Because I’m still “linked” with Pediacast, apparently there are a few standards he wants to maintain to keep this a very family friendly site. Since I have no knowledge of how to get this button on my sidebar, if Mike doesn’t put it there, it won’t get there. So this is the only time you’ll see it. It won’t be in a sidebar, but I’ll always know I’ve earned it and it’s mine….all mine!

i put alot of thought into sounding that out and spelling it….and i just could not figure out a shorter way LOL
