OH MY!

Those Marlboro Man sandwiches were the BOMB!

I double dog dare you to look at this picture and not drool…

Yes, we sorta went off recipe a bit by adding mozzarella cheese. Because, ya know, the sandwich didn’t have enough saturated fat in it already.

Here it is all plated up….the sandwich, the extra heap of onions that were left over, and the Terra Striped BBQ Chips.

In case you’re wondering, the sandwich was awesome. The extra onions, delicious. The Terra “root vegetable” chips……eh.

The sandwich needs a different name though. It’s called the Marlboro Man sandwich in tribute to Pioneer Woman’s husband. In tribute to my husband, I think I’ll rename it “The Computer Geek Sandwich.”

Yeah, that has a nice ring to it.

That looks sooooooo good. As a cheese addict, I have to applaud your mozzarella addition. You are so my kind of cook. I think I’ll copy that recipe and add some mushrooms and more onions. Yummmmmmmmo.

BTW,the root chips are better without the BBQ flavor. Give them a try, you might like them better.

Ha! I would think a “computer geek” sandwich would have to be something easy to eat with one hand….

    That looks absolutely delicious.

So what you’re sayin’ is that I need to make the sandwich then. ; ) And try the Terra Chips again, but get the zesty tomato flavor. Sooooo much better than the plain, I could eat an entire Costco-sized bag alone. ;) Which, with the sammie, would completely kill any semblance of a diet I might have. LOL!

I have made this sandwich and it was wonderful. The onions were the best part of the sandwich. MMMMMM!

I am wanting to make the little apple dumplings next. Or the asian salad that she just posted.
