Why were we in such a big hurry to grow up when we were kids? I'd love to have my biggest worries be what to watch for quiet time and where I left my favorite stuffed animal at. I hope the rain has stopped by now (did you get hit by this latest snow storm?) and everything is drying out for you. It's been a looooonnnnnggggg winter and I think we're all feeling it - I know I am. I wanted to cry when I saw all the snow coming down yesterday... Sigh. At least it's starting to melt today. :) Oh yeah, I definitely feel like giving up this ‘grown-up’ gig every so often. Why were we in such a big hurry to grow up when we were kids? The other day the boys "sprung a leak" while having their bath and caused the floor to be covered in water...ugggh! We also had to get our roof repaired a couple of months ago when we had heavy rains and water leaked in our attic. That was fun...NOT! Who knew we had it so easy when we weren't the grown ups? Me in the garden..can't wait to see if the hundreds of bulbs I planted ALL come up without freezing their little heads off!!! Hang in there!!
