I SWEAR MY MIDDLE NAME ISN’T EEYORE

Posted by Karen on Oct 06 2008

And yet here I am in the Sunshine State and it’s grey and rainy. My deepest apologies to the residents of the state of Florida, but I seem to have brought the gloominess with me.

But the rain is good for one thing. We can’t go outside and play. So I’m heading to the elliptical right now. No excuses!

I’m so sorry about your gray weather in your first month in “sunny” Florida. I’m glad you’re taking advantage and heading to the elliptical, good job!!!

So YOU’RE the one! =) We have had an unusual number of gray/rainy days lately. It won’t last. Winter is just around the corner - and you’re gonna love it!

You had better run before more Floridians figure out what you have done. They might kick you out of the state.

Hey Karen, if you don’t want that rain it would be MOST WELCOME here that is for sure as we are WAY UNDER what we needed this past Winter and unfortunately we are heading into what looks like it is going to be a Long Hot Dry Summer. :-(

Absolutely great to see you journalling again, I have so missed yourself and KT these past weeks, which I am sure seem so much longer when you check it out daily or more.

I have to go and run a couple of errands just now, so will come back later on and drop you a line or two.

Take Care and Hi to Mike, KT and Nick, OH and of course a hug for Mowana too.

Lots of Love Carolynn xxxxx :-)

I bet Jim is just driving around your neighborhood in the jeep looking for that home cooked meal.

Good job on the exercise. I need to get back to that as well.

So happy to see you blogging again!

As my toddler would say, “Rain Rain, Go away…”

I had a dream last night that I had to make an emergency trip to disney. Seriously. It was a total EMERGENCY trip. You’ve got me with disney on the brain now!

Mary beat me to it… you KNOW what my comment was going to be, and who is to blame! But watch how long it is before there is another truly ‘rainy’ day (not just a passing storm)… truly rainy days are not a common occurrence here!

Just wait til you can have YOUR kitchen door open on Christmas morning, like you were jealous of my holiday photos from a few years back!!!! You’ll love it!

We haven’t had rain in my part of Florida for a while. I am thankful for the rainy day — this time! So, if you brought it with you, I give you props for helping nourish our land a little!

It’s been gloomy up here for the last couple of days, but we needed the rain!! I hope the sun is shining again soon. In the mean time at least you have the elliptical to keep you busy.
