To complete benefit of PediaCast 29,
you might need to have two free bonuses of ebooks: Healing Food and Pennasia Sleep Therapy (Pleet).
Visit at PennasiaNormalization for further.
I also get two free bonuses of ebooks when I enter forum. Have a nice day!

1) What foods contain fluoride and in what amounts. For example:

a) how much fluoride is in a jar of chicken baby food.

b) how much fluoride is in a cup of grape, apple or other fruit juices

c) how much fluoride is in a cup of tea, made with and without fluoridated water using boiled tap water.

d) how much fluoride gets absorbed into rice and pasta upon cooking in fluoridated water

The USDA lists fluoride content of most foods. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/Fluoride/Fluoride.html

Could you convert this to numbers which parents will understand and put it in context of typical daily meals

2) How much fluoride is used in dental products used in dentists’ offices and in what concentrations, for example, filling material, cements, mouth rinses, toothpaste, sealants, cements, varnish, floss, gels, foams, sealants etc (all are sold with or without fluoride)?

3) How much fluoride from the above gets absorbed into the body through involuntary swallowing and absorption via the mouth membranes?

4)What the adequate daily intake of fluoride to prevent dental fluorosis in children and skeletal fluorosis in adults.

5)What medications contain fluoride and it what amounts?

Thank You
